• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
